How long will it take to have my web page online?
Once you have submitted the Order form, we will discuss the finer detail of your requirements. We will then work on your web page. Timing will depend on demand at that time.
Can I have a different design web page to the 4 you offer?
We want uniformity within our own business structure, so we are only offering the 4 designs for now. We will review this policy over time.
Will my unique page identify my company name?
Yes. The primary domain for ‘This is Kelsall’ followed by your chosen/preferred name e.g. www.thisiskelsall.uk/yourname
What is the payment plan?
We offer 12 or 6 month payments plans. Once we have agreed the content of your web page, we will invoice you and post your page as soon as payment is received.
Will any of my money be refundable at any stage?
The majority of the work for us will be processing your account and having your page online. We will consider partial refunds in the event your business ceases trading.
How do I qualify for a free listing?
Free listings are available for charities, community groups and local clubs. Most applications for a free listing will be obvious, but if you have any doubt, talk to us.
